1. Who these terms are between

These terms govern your access to and use of mariuszduda.md (the “site”), operated by the publisher of MariuszDuda.md (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, stop using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.

2. Ownership and copyright

All editorial content published here — articles, reviews, guides, photographs, illustrations, measurement charts, page structure, code and design — is protected by copyright and belongs to the publisher or to the contributor who created it, unless credited otherwise on the page.

You may read, print and share the pages for your own non-commercial use, and you may quote a reasonable extract in your own work provided you attribute it to MariuszDuda.md and link to the original page. Automated scraping, bulk downloading and mirroring are not permitted, and neither is presenting our content as your own.

Trade marks, brand names and product images belonging to manufacturers remain their property and are used here for identification and editorial commentary only.

4. Editorial content is opinion, not a guarantee

Reviews, comparisons and buying advice reflect the honest assessment of the writer at the time of publication, based on the units tested, the conditions described and the prices then available. Audio equipment interacts with rooms, sources, ears and budgets, so a conclusion that fits one reader may be wrong for another.

You are welcome to link to any page here without asking, provided the link does not imply an affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement that does not exist, and does not place our pages inside a frame that misrepresents their origin.

6. Corrections, complaints and right of reply

If you believe something published here is factually wrong, or that your rights have been infringed, write to [email protected] with the page URL and the specific passage. Substantiated corrections are published rather than quietly deleted, as set out in the editorial policy. Manufacturers and named parties are offered a right of reply.

7. No affiliation

This website is an independent editorial publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any musician, band, record label or organization that may share a similar name. The domain name is used solely as the identity of this editorial project.

8. Changes to the site and to these terms

Content may be edited, updated, moved or withdrawn at any time, and the site may be suspended or discontinued. These terms may also change; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top. Material changes take effect when published, and continuing to use the site after that means you accept them.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is severed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and the courts of the Republic of Moldova have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings there.
